Pazit Gal

Teaching Areas

Pazit Gal received her BA in Piano and Musicology (1983) and her MA in Chamber Music and Accompaniment (1986) from the Academy of Music, Tel Aviv. 
 In 1982, Pazit won 1st prize playing in the Chamber Music Competition (Academy of Music, Tel Aviv). One year later, she was chosen to be one of the judges in the same competition. Because of these achievements, she quickly found herself working for the Academy Opera productions as their pianist.

 Since 1982, she has been accompanying singers, instrumentalists, choirs and orchestras here and abroad. This includes work for the Italian Embassy and The Clarinetists Summer Programs in Switzerland. 
 1986-87- Pianist for "Zamarei Cameran" choir.
 1992-94- Pianist for the Israeli Chamber Orchestra.
 1991-2004- Pianist for the "Hemiola Women's Choir".
 Since 1993- Pianist for Moshe Rasiuk's Choir.
 1997-2000- Music Coach for the chamber group department at the Tel Aviv School of Arts.
 Since 1997- Pianist and accompanist for the Academy of Music in Jerusalem.
 Since 2005- Pazit has been the head accompanist for the International Klezmer Clarinet Festival in the Galilee.
